Her relevant engagement experience include:

• Structured a diagnosis to map the Brazilian potential for the voluntary carbon market and the main enablers needed to unlock the potential
• Designed an investment strategy for a steel player to produce low carbon pig iron, including the financial model, market scenario, impact of GHG emissions
• Supported a consortium of leading clients in their segment to structure actions to unlock the voluntary carbon market in Brazil
• Developed a strategy for building a new business in the circular economy segment

Prior to joining McKinsey as an Associate, Tatiana as a wealth management analyst at BTG Pactual. She has an MBA (2017) from the Booth School of Business of the University of Chicago, with a specialization in finance and strategy. She graduated in Law (2012) from Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
