Xavier Gordon is the President of the Flash Motors Company, the Caribbean’s premier electric transportation solutions company  based out of Kingston, Jamaica. Flash Motors provides electric mobility products and services to automotive dealers,  governments, and large private fleets. These solutions include electric vehicles for retail, commercial, and industrial fleets, public  and private charging infrastructure, fleet financing, and fleet electrification optimization services. 

Xavier’s skillset was first honed at General Electric (NYSE: GE Rev: $121.7B, Mkt Cap: $86.9B), taking progressive roles in  engineering and management, where he was responsible for project teams in the manufacturing of large AC / DC motors and  wind turbines. Following his overwhelming passion to explore the clean energy industry, Xavier became a certified solar PV  installer and designer and ultimately began building the groundwork for his first company Xergy Energy. 

Xergy began sales in Solar PV systems and quickly became well known for quality design and high-end installations. The company  was one of the first in Ontario, Canada to secure long-term Operations and Maintenance contracts for hundreds of already  built solar systems in the province. This long-term work allowed Xergy to scale and develop valuable utility  relationships that ultimately led to the opportunity for developing electric vehicle charging networks for utility and municipal  clientele in Ontario. Since 2017, Xavier has led the charge in building public and private charging networks for municipalities,  utilities, private businesses, in Canada and the Caribbean
