Mr. Phillips is a seasoned Business Development professional with a broad background in: Power Generation, Power Transmission and Distribution, and infrastructure capital and life-cycle planning. Prior to joining Wartsila as Business Development Manager, Mr. Phillips professional roles included: Regional Manager for Quanta Services Caribbean business unit, Project Manager for SEPAC manufacturing, T&D system planning and operation for Dayton Power and Light (DPL) , and Plant Operator for the Jamaica Public Service Company (JPSco). Mr. Phillips received his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University, and a MBA degree from Campbell University in Raleigh, North Carolina. Mr. Phillips is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a pass member of the Caribbean Electric Utility Service Corporation (CARILEC) Board of Representatives.
