Eric Florimón-Reed is a Career Foreign Service Officer assigned, since June, 2018, as Deputy Director for USAID’s Office of Infrastructure, Engineering and Energy (OIEE) in Haiti. In this position, he co-leads OIEE’s infrastructure implementation work in support of the Mission’s overall development objectives. The office comprises five sectors: ports, energy, housing and settlements, health infrastructure and WASH. Eric holds a MBA degree with a finance focus from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and a Masters of International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
