Ben Moody

Ben Moody is President & CEO and founder of Pan American Finance, a Miami-based investment banking firm that provides M&A advisory, project financing, and debt & capital raising services across the Americas, with a core focus on renewable energy and infrastructure.

Since 2003, Pan American Finance has completed 65 transactions with $4 billion in transaction value for its clients, including $2.5 billion in renewable energy and infrastructure. Ben has over 35 years of investment banking, corporate finance and private equity experience, and for over 25 years has worked with businesses and their owners across the Caribbean, Latin and North American markets. Previously, Ben was CFO of Ibero American Media Partners, a $500 million private equity platform, and Chairman of Cisneros Television Group, its principal investment. Ben held prior positions with Violy, Byorum & Partners, Citicorp Securities and Continental Bank, in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and London. Ben is a member of the advisory boards of the Osteosarcoma Collaborative and of the ALS Recovery Fund, both of which are non-profit charitable organizations committed to raising funds for patient care and research to find a cure for osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, and for ALS. Ben is a graduate of the University of Oxford.
