Barthélemy Littot specializes in international infrastructure projects (Caribbean, Europe, Africa and Middle East) and joined Gide’s Projects (Finance & Infrastructure) practice group in 2013.

He advises international financial institutions and governments, as well as sponsors and lenders, on PPP projects. He focuses more particularly on renewable energies and the water sector and has also acquired significant experience in drafting PPP laws.

Prior to joining Gide, Barthélemy has worked for other international law firms and French utility company EDF.

He is currently advising the Government of Haiti on the delegation to the private sector of its regional grids.

Barthélemy holds a Master’s degree in business law from Lyon II University and a Master’s degree from the Political Institute of Lyon with a specialisation in PPP, where he currently gives a course on international PPP. He has also studied at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard.
