Senior Project Manager, Islands Energy Program
Alexis Tubb works with the Clinton Foundation, under the Clinton Climate Initiative’s Islands Energy Program, where she supports the national governments and utilities of Caribbean Small Island Developing States as they integrate and install clean and resilient energy projects. She currently manages countrywide energy planning processes in the Eastern Caribbean, in collaboration with local partners and the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory. She has provided technical and strategic energy planning support to multiple SIDS, developed and executed the community engagement plan for the largest solar park in Jamaica, and oversees C&I-scale solar installations in Puerto Rico. Ms. Tubb has a professional background in sustainable international development, women’s empowerment, chemical and mechanical engineering-based environmental consulting, and private renewable energy investment.
