Jeremy Superfine

Orchid Development
Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer for Orchid Development, Jeremy is responsible for the financing and development, construction, maintenance, leasing and operations of Cricket Square, Cayman’s premier business park, encompassing over 300,000 square feet of Grade A commercial office space located within the island’s capital, George Town.

In 1994, with a vision to offer a perfectly balanced and scaled environment for Grand Cayman’s professional business community, developer King Flowers and his brothers Richard and Frank launched the first phase of Cricket Square, home to over 30 tenants from the Cayman Islands’ finance and professional services sector. Working alongside King for over 10 years, Jeremy is responsible for managing the continued development of Cricket Square, retaining professional tenants, and providing a safe, Class A business park with outstanding facilities and services, supported by the Orchid Development team. Twenty years on and Phase 7 of Cricket Square is under construction, adding a further 150,000 square feet of premium office space designed and built to LEED Gold standards, with provision for further growth of each phase 7 floor plate. The future holds the addition of phase 8, a 10-storey office structure, and further investment in amenities and multi-storey parking.

Jeremy is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
