Jason Kinch is the Director of Application Delivery Services – Digital and Client Experience at CIBC FirstCaribbean with over 20 years’ experience. He has a passionate interest in emerging and innovative technologies and has been in the forefront of the bank’s digital landscape transformation, including Digital Onboarding, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking and has a strong record of accomplishment in implementing Digital transformation, Digital Payments and payment ecosystems.

Utilizing Agile methodologies, design thinking and DevSecOps to transform organizations quickly and efficiently to unlock ROI, employee satisfaction and improved customer experience.

He holds a BSC. in Computer Science, a MSc. in Project Management and Evaluation both from the University of the West Indies and a Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Transformation from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
