Nicole Jordan is the Deputy General Counsel of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), which is headquartered in Barbados. Mrs. Jordan has over 20 years’ industry experience in structured finance, capital markets borrowings, asset management and international development finance. She has practiced law in New York, London, the Channel Islands and the Caribbean. Early in her career Nicole worked at the law firms of Clifford Chance and Carey Olsen in the UK and Fried Frank in New York before joining Goldman Sachs, where she gained a broad range of legal and financial experience. She subsequently took on a leadership role of the legal and regulatory department at Cable & Wireless Communications in the Eastern Caribbean. Having spent the last several years of her career as an international development finance lawyer at CDB, Nicole has been extensively involved in advising on the legal aspects of project finance for infrastructure development. Mrs. Jordan received her Master of Law degree from the University of Cambridge, with a specialization in Commercial Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York, Barbados and Dominica.
