Michele Renda leads Special Project initiatives at Southland Holdings, a leading North American construction infrastructure group that delivers complex and specialized Water/Wastewater Pipeline and Facility, Port/Marine,  and Bridge and Tunnel projects. Working for both public and private clients, Southland Holdings works across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

 Growing up in the construction industry, Michele has dedicated her professional career to the built environment, spanning 30+ years of design, construction, and real estate development. Her Caribbean experience comprises overseeing Bermuda Government assets, including commercial buildings and water, wastewater, and telecommunications infrastructure. 

 Michele combines her business acumen with her knowledge of construction to help solve issues facing clients today, such as water shortages, supply chain issues, funding/financing, and collaborative partnerships.
