Javier Mendez is Senior Director of Sales Operations Excellence at Cable & Wireless Company. 

In his role, he manages digital payments, prepaid recharges, Diaspora business, mobile wallet initiatives and commissions payment.

 He has over 15 years of experience in Billing, Credit, Fraud Management, Credit, Payments and Collections in Telecom and Banking Industries in 7 different countries. 

 Javier holds a MBA in International finance from George Mason University and a B.S. in Econometric, the science of data modeling and applying statistical analysis to business.  

 Javier was born in Spain and has lived in 7 different countries while working for different Telecom operators in South America, Europe and USA and a SunTrust bank in Atlanta, to finally settle in Miami, at the headquarter for the Commercial hub of Cable & Wireless Communications company
