Eitan Ladizinsky is Senior Vice President, Concessions, where he heads Aecon’s P3 development and finance origination activities in Canada and abroad. With over 22 years of North American and international transportation and rail project experience, Eitan leads efforts in structuring and negotiating financing, working with consortium partners, debt capital markets and sponsors on the projects Aecon pursues. Prior to joining Aecon, he held several advisory roles in the Israel and US infrastructure markets, and on P3 projects. Eitan is a Columbia Business School graduate.

Eitan was instrumental in negotiating more than $22 billion of committed project financing across 30 project pursuits from various financial institutions and in closing over $4.5 billion including landmark projects such as: Eglinton Crosstown LRT Project, Finch West LRT Project, Waterloo LRT Project, Gordie Howe International Bridge Project and the Bermuda International Airport Project.
