David Pratt, P.Eng. is President and Founder of PRT GROUP INC., a technical and transaction advisory firm active in the P3 infrastructure space in Canada and in the Caribbean Region. David is a Professional Engineer with several years of significant government and private sector experience in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure P3 projects from conception to operations. David is also the LAC Liaison Officer for the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering and serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships.
