Shripal has over 10 years of experience with KPMG in Canada, the Caribbean and Asia. He is currently leading KPMG’s involvement to expand the National Health Insurance program in The Bahamas as the country works to progressively achieve Universal Health Coverage. He is currently supporting the Government in establishing sustainable health financing for a mandated Standard Health Benefits package.

Shripal advised on many aspects of health system reform, including health system financing, care pathway development, legislation development, stakeholder management and healthcare financial modeling.
