Nicola Russell is a Manager in the Public-Private Partnerships & Privatisation Division at the Development Bank of Jamaica. She has over 18 years’ experience in the private and public financial sectors. Over the last ten years at the DBJ, Mrs. Russell has assisted with the management and development of several Government of Jamaica PPP and privatisation transactions, including the Kingston Container Terminal PPP transaction, PETCOM, Wallenford Coffee Company, Mavis Bank Coffee Factory and Wigton Windfarm privatisation transactions. She is currently involved in the development of several PPP and privatisation projects in wastewater, maritime and real estate development. Mrs. Russell has a degree in Economics and Finance from Barry University in Miami, Florida and an MBA from the University of the West Indies.
