Luc Allary is the Regional Director of Business Development and Sales for the Caribbean & Central America with the Canadian Commercial Corporation.
Luc Allary joined CCC in 2002, following a broadly-based career in government, finance and international business. Originally an Account Executive in the Structured and Trade Finance Team, Luc became the Manager of the Cuba Business and Trade Finance Team in 2006. He was appointed the Regional Director for Central America and the Caribbean in 2010 and was based in the Canadian Embassy in Havana Cuba for 5 years until July 2015.
He has worked as an International Energy Relations Officer for the Department of Natural Resources Canada, a Financial Services Manager for Export Development Canada (EDC) and a Manager of International Business Services for the National Bank of Canada (NBC).
Luc graduated from the University of Ottawa with an MBA in 1990 after completing a BA in Political Science at the Université de Laval in Quebec City in 1987.
Luc is married to Vivianne Bouchard, and has 4 children.
