Jan is Head of Corporate Finance at Global Ports Holding plc and in this function is responsible for capital market and structured financing activities of the whole Global Investment Holding Group. He has extensive experience in PPP projects, cross-border M&A and complex financing solutions. 

Jan started his career in investment banking at Barclays Capital and IEG – Investment Banking, where he advised on international M&A and structured financing transactions. Prior to joining Global Ports Holding in 2012 he was Head of Structured Finance of Fresenius VAMED Germany focusing on international healthcare PPP projects, and prior to that part of the corporate finance team at Deutsche Bahn working on project and capital market financings. Jan holds a Master’s degree from ESCP Europe
