Hon. Kye M. Rymer was elected to Parliament as a member of the Virgin Islands Party in February 2019. He began his career in the Ministry of Communication & Works, and worked as a Deputy Commissioner in the BVI Department of Motor Vehicles before becoming Commissioner in 2014. Hon. Rhymer is a graduate of the Devry Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. He lives in Tortola, BVI, with his wife and two children.
