Gillian has over 25 years’ experience in banking and financial services sector and has a proven track record in originating, structuring, loan syndications,  project financing and credit risk management in a variety of industries including renewal energy infrastructure projects and regulated utilities. Over the past 7 years, Gillian has also worked on the advisory side for mergers & acquisitions transactions in the Caribbean. Gillian is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers and holds an MBA  (Finance) from the University of Leicester.
