Rafael Echevarne is CEO of MBJ Airports Limited, the company holding the concession of Montego Bay Airport in Jamaica. Previously he was Director of Economic Policy atAirports Council International(ACI World), and has held positions in airport companies in Europe, Australasia and the Middle East, as well as running his own aviation economics consultancy. Rafael holds a PhD in Air Transport Economics from Cranfield University.
