David Pratt, Vice President of LeighFisher, is a Registered Professional Engineer with 25+ years of experience in the delivery of large scale infrastructure and PPP projects in the public and private sectors. His wide range of expertise includes airports, highways, rail and transit, ports and site development. David leads LeighFisher’s Infrastructure and Government Services operations across the Americas and directs assignments of Lenders’ and Sponsors’ Technical Advisory and related services for projects through various procurement forms including PPP, secondary market investments, mergers, acquisitions and divestments.

David’s global aviation advisory experience includes Chinchero-Cusco International Airport (Peru), Guayaquil International Airport (Ecuador), Norman Manley International Airport (Jamaica), Iqaluit International Airport (Canada), Cancun International Airport (Mexico), Nassau International Airport (Bahamas), Juan Santamaría International Airport (Costa Rica), El Dorado International Airport (Colombia), Toronto Pearson International Airport (Canada), and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (Canada).
