Tom Bishop is a Climate Investment Officer in the Green Climate Fund’s Private Sector Facility. The Green Climate Fund was established to help developing countries meet their Paris Agreement climate goals by investing international public funds into local climate projects. He specializes in green lending to mobilize private capital for climate projects and promoting green banking in developing countries by working with governments, central banks and local financial institutions. Tom previously worked at Bank of America where he specialized in solar and affordable housing investments and Deloitte as a Certified Public Accountant.
