With over 25 years of experience, Nancy has successfully focused her career on growth and diversification at the executive level, creating opportunities for social change while delivering economic value. She is a strong collaborator who engages and inspires stakeholders across all areas of business.

Nancy has significant international experience, and has worked with organizations, governments and agencies at all levels to understand what drives success. She creates meaningful partnerships while developing innovative strategies and sustainable solutions. She has worked in regulatory settings and has navigated national and international complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

She is a CPA and a Fellow of the profession (FCPA), a Chartered Director (C. Dir.), and educated in the leading sustainability frameworks (including the Global Reporting Initiative – GRI, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board – SASB, and the Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosures –TCFD).

Through ESG Partners, Nancy now provides guidance to companies, their boards of directors, and senior leadership teams as they incorporate ESG factors into their organizational strategies to become more resilient and competitive, attract talent and capital, and add value back to their communities.
