Lystra Lucillio is currently the acting Chief Executive Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC) which has oversight of the local capital market.  With over twenty-five (25) years of combined experience in information technology, insurance, banking, finance and securities regulatory environments, she continues to represent the TTSEC at major regional and international fora promoting collaboration and information-sharing among securities regulators and within the financial sector.

Lystra holds an MBA in Finance (honours), an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Management Studies (honours), CFA Claritas Certification among other academic and professional credentials.
