Kris currently holds the position of Head, Corporate Banking at FirstCaribbean International Bank (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of FirstCaribbean International Bank (CIBC FirstCaribbean). His career spans more than twenty years in banking throughout the Caribbean and internationally. Previously, he held roles as the Senior Manager, Investment Banking and Head, Syndications at CIBC FirstCaribbean as well as worked at the Heritage and Stabilization Fund of Trinidad and Tobago, JP Morgan Europe Limited and First Citizens Merchant Bank. He also was a past Director of the CFA Society of Trinidad and Tobago and a part-time Lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business specializing in fixed income analysis.

With over two decades of experience, particularly in the areas of corporate banking, investment banking and portfolio management, Kris possesses a unique combination of both buy side and sell side experience with a passion for mentoring others. Kris holds an MBA, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is also a holder of the CFA designation.
