Paola Carvajal is a project manager at Roland Berger. She has 15+ years of experience working across the energy industry in North and Latin America. Paola currently focuses on supporting transition and decarbonization strategies for companies and policymakers in the energy and industrial space, particularly on integrating clean energy sources and technologies such as hydrogen, carbon capture, and geothermal energy. Previously she was a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank on topics related to Mining, Geothermal Energy, and Hydrocarbons. She holds a Master’s degree in international development policy (energy) from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
