Elín joined the Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) at the World Bank in 2019 as a Senior Energy Specialist. She holds a M.Sc degree in Engineering from Denmark’s Technical University and has over twenty years experience in geothermal energy utilization. Her key qualifications include design and commissioning of geothermal power and district heating plants, project management and project planning.
