Paola Carvajal is a senior project manager at Roland Berger based in Washington DC. She has + 15 years of experience working across the energy industry in North and Latin America. Paola currently focuses on supporting energy transition and decarbonization strategies for companies and policymakers in the energy and industrial space, particularly on integrating clean energy sources and technologies such as hydrogen, carbon capture, and geothermal energy. Previously she was a consultant for the Interamerican Development Bank on mining, Geothermal Energy, and hydrocarbons topics. She holds a Master’s degree in international development policy (energy) from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Universidad Externado de Colombia
