Guillaume Gressin

In 2021 Guillaume Gressin was appointed Vice President of International, Strategy & Commercial Operations for Airbus in the Latin America and Caribbean region, overseeing public affairs, industrial cooperation and strategic governance between the different business lines of the company across the region.

Guillaume joined Airbus in 2006 as a Delivery Manager before promptly being engaged as contracts negotiator for sales transactions with Airbus customers in India, Africa and SouthEast Asia. During this period, Guillaume successfully closed strategic contracts with Indigo for the launch of the Airbus A320neo program and with THAI Airways for the introduction of their A350 XWB fleet.

In 2012, Guillaume moved to the United States to become a member of the Airbus Latin America team, managing financing and purchase agreements in Mexico (Volaris, Interjet, VivaAerobus), Colombia (Avianca, VivaAir) and Brazil (Azul), to later become a Sales Director for several airlines in the region.

Guillaume began his career in eco-tourism in South America to later become a Project Manager with a consulting firm in Paris. In 2003, Guillaume earned a Master’s Degree in Management from the EDHEC Business School in France.

Guillaume is married and has three children. In addition to his native French, Guillaume is fluent in Spanish, English and German. Guillaume is passionate about aviation and sustainability and in his spare time he enjoys kite surfing, hiking and connecting with others around the planet.
