Claudia Correa Welch is a Managing Director within Bank of America’s Global Sustainable Finance Group. She is focused on originating, structuring, and syndicating asset finance opportunities across the sustainable finance space in the Americas.

In support of Bank of America’s commitment to invest $1.5 trillion in by 2030, Claudia leads the financing, placement, advisory, and structuring of renewable energy transactions. She is focused on expanding BofA’s asset-based lending, tax equity, and placement activities and driving its entry into additional clean energy and sustainable infrastructure asset classes. She has extensive financing experience and has completed transactions that span the community solar, C&I solar, offshore wind, utility scale solar, wind and geothermal domains.

Claudia joined Bank of America 19 years ago and has held numerous positions across the firm in the renewable space and LatAm. Prior to Global Sustainable Finance, Claudia led the development and execution of various business initiatives in the Energy Capital Solutions team, and LatAm structuring
