Jurandir Picanço Júnior, Mechanical Engineer and Electrician, Energy Consultant at FIEC and member of the Ceará Academy of Engineering – ACE. He was President of Companhia Energética do Ceará – COELCE, Secretary of Science and Technology of Ceará, Board of Directors of CHESF, President of the Regulatory Agency of Ceará – ARCE, Professor of the Electrical Engineering Course at UFC and President of the Sector Chamber of Renewable Energies of Ceará – CSRenováveis/CE. In the various activities carried out, he has always been linked to renewable energies, being one of those responsible for the first initiatives for the development of wind and solar energy, and now, of green hydrogen in Ceará.
