Igor Sardinha, Macanese, 40 years old, former councillor of Macaé (2010 to 2016); 2-time winner of the Award of Outstanding Councilman of Brazil by the Union of Councilors of Brazil in 2011 and 2014. Candidate for mayor of Macaé in 2014 and 2018. Current Secretary of Economic Development of Maricá. Coordinated the emergency economic policies of Covid-19, developed by the City of Maricá to the present day.
