Undersecretary Tomás Rodriguez is a chemical engineer who has accumulated experience in the production as a consultant on environmental issues, sewage, and solid waste. 

Furthermore, his years as a teacher in fields such as chemistry, physics, and mathematics, have allowed him to expand his experience with various generations whom he has helped to form. 

With his work as a public servant, he has promoted processes for the decarbonization of energy in Honduras and consolidates itself as a promoter of the use of renewable energies for the change of the matrix Honduran energy in the coming years.
