Floris Veeger is the Managing Director of Geothermal at Sproule. He founded Sproule’s geothermal arm, Veegeo, in 2012 and has dedicated his career to geothermal development. Providing strategic advice to all subsurface related E&P activities for several of the pioneering geothermal operations in the Dutch greenhouse horticulture region, Floris has been a key figure in shaping the current geothermal landscape in the Netherlands. Prior to founding Veegeo, he had a stint as an operations manager of a large mining services company in Australia. Floris has a B.Sc. in Applied Earth Sciences and M.Sc. in Resource Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
