Mr. Sebastian Vargas has been with the Dewhurst Group since 2012. Educated at the University of Caldas, Mr. Vargas is a professional geologist and serves as a project and administrative manager within the Dewhurst Group, LLC. His specializations and interests include regulatory policy development, exploration, and drilling operations. Within the GDF, Mr. Vargas assists with application reviews and project monitoring. As an integral part of the fund management team, he also monitors market activities and changes in federal policies that impact geothermal development within Latin America.
