David is the lead for the Infrastructure Program at the World Bank’s office for Central America and the Dominican Republic. In this role, he supports the strategy, preparation, and implementation of World Bank projects across the energy, transport, digital, public-private partnership (PPP), urban development, and disaster prevention sectors. Prior to this position, he held similar responsibilities in Ghana and several countries across Sub-Saharan Africa. He is an industrial engineer with experience in electrification projects, renewable energy, and power sector reform.
