Sidney Levy is President of Invest.Rio, the investment promotion agency of the City of Rio de Janeiro responsible for attracting investments to the city. Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership positions, including CEO of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games Organizing Committee (2013–2016) and CEO of VALID SA (1994–2012).

An industrial engineer graduated from UFRJ, he also completed the Management Development program at IMD, Switzerland.
