Guilherme holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics and earned an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). His deep technical and economic expertise allows him to navigate the complexities of subsea fiber optic networks and data center capacity, driving innovation across the Latin American digital landscape.
