Felipe Furcolin is a founding partner of Furcolin Mitidieri Advogados, a boutique law firm specializing in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to establishing the firm, he worked in the energy practice of one of Brazil’s leading full-service law firms and later led the regulatory affairs department of one of the country’s largest renewable energy generation companies.

Felipe advises power generators and large energy consumers on regulatory matters, grid access, energy contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. He holds a law degree from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and is a member of the Energy Law Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP).
