CEO and Founder
Camila Ramos is CEO and founder of CELA – Clean Energy Latin America, a consultancy and financial advisory firm specializing in energy transition and decarbonization. With over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector — including solar, wind, storage, hydrogen, and bioenergy/biofuels — she serves as an advisor and expert in decarbonization strategies and energy transition financing in Latin America.
She sits on the boards of ABSOLAR and Brazilian Rare Earths (a critical minerals company listed on the Australian stock exchange). In 2026, she joined the board of the Energy Division of the Infrastructure Department (Deinfra) of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP).
She has been internationally recognized among the “2024 Pioneering Women in Energy” by Reuters Global, which celebrates the 20 most inspiring and influential women in the global energy sector; and among the “Voices of Women Leading the Green and Just Transition in Latin America and the Caribbean,” by the European Union’s Euroclima Programme and the German government (BMZ). In Brazil, she was honored in the Sustainability category at the 2024 100 Most Influential in Energy Award.
Camila holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), in the United Kingdom.
