Carolina Cortés Castillo is one of the most influential leaders in the data center and technology infrastructure industry in Latin America. She is currently the Managing Director of the International Computer Room Experts Association (ICREA), a globally recognized organization for data center certifications and standards.

She is a founding partner of Asociación Colombiana de Data Centers y Tecnologías de Datos (ACOLDC), where she drives the growth and professionalization of the sector in Colombia and across the region.

At the same time, she leads the Fundación Dar Amor, a social initiative focused on supporting vulnerable communities, demonstrating her commitment to connecting technology with social responsibility.

In 2025, Gerente magazine recognized her as one of the 100 most successful executives in Colombia, highlighting her strategic vision, influence, and contributions to the global positioning of the industry.
