The Dealmaker Program is for participants who want certainty, not serendipity.
It is a managed, concierge business development service. We identify your highest-value counterparties from across the DCPI-LATAM participant base, make the introductions on your behalf, and confirm a personal meeting schedule before you travel to Rio. Every step – the research, the outreach, the scheduling, the briefing – is handled for you.
You arrive knowing exactly who you’re meeting, why the meeting matters, and what each conversation could lead to.
Places are limited to ten participants.
What's included
- Pre-event intake call. A 30-minute call with the DCPI-LATAM team to understand your specific priorities, deal objectives, and the counterparties most relevant to you.
- Curated match list. A handpicked shortlist of 6–8 counterparties drawn from across the delegate base, with a clear rationale for each introduction.
- Warm introductions. We make the approach on your behalf. You don’t request meetings – they are arranged for you.
- Confirmed meeting schedule. A personal meeting calendar sent before you travel. Every meeting confirmed in advance by both parties.
- Pre-meeting briefing notes. A concise brief before each meeting outlining who you are meeting, what they are working on, and why the conversation is relevant.
- Priority meeting space. Dedicated access to the DCPI-LATAM 1-to-1 meeting area with reserved tables for your scheduled introductions.
- Post-event follow-up. A personal check-in from the DCPI-LATAM team after the event to support next steps from your most promising conversations.
