Tricia-Gaye O’Connor is the Managing Partner and Lead Partner of the Firm’s Caribbean-wide Corporate practice in Dentons’ Jamaica office. Tricia-Gaye spent the first nine years of her career in commercial law in private practice. She specializes in Banking and Finance advisory and transactional work, having spent over ten years as in-house counsel in a financial group of companies with a presence in several countries in the Caribbean and the United Kingdom. Her portfolio includes providing legal support to management and operational teams in banking, credit finance, private placements, life insurance, information technology, and fintech start-ups.
