Sean Keogh is Vice President of Structured Finance and Investment at Cadmus. Sean oversees Cadmus’s international project finance, capital markets, and blended finance work with more than 23 years of experience with top international organizations. Sean advises governments, financial institutions, and corporations on developing financing strategies in emerging markets. He specializes in securities markets, financial regulation, blended finance, project finance, complex credit guarantees, and financial structuring.

Prior to joining Cadmus, Sean worked at Aldwych Capital Partners where he launched the global capital markets business, and structured private debt and quasi-equity deals. He has also worked for Citigroup Global Markets and Banking and The Bank New York (BNY Mellon) where he managed more than $2 billion in assets and co-managed three mutual funds representing $17 billion in assets. He holds an MBA from Yale School of Management.
