Thibault Ménage is Vice President for HDF Energy in the Caribbean region. He manages its subsidiary HDF Energy Caribbean Holdings Ltd, registered in Barbados, and overseas the development and acquisition of Hydrogen Power projects across the region with his multicultural team.

He has built up experience in the development of innovative large-scale energy projects such as solar thermal for industrials and Multi-MW hybrid energy systems. Thibault is a graduate from Arts & Métiers Paristech French engineering school and the EDHEC Business School. He also holds a Msc of Energy Systems and Project Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is fluent in French, English and proficient in Spanish.
