Maria Victoria is a Senior Investment Officer in the infrastructure department of IFC – International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group. She is the Infrastructure Regional Lead for the Andean Region and the Caribbean. She has over 20 years of extensive experience in structuring and financing transactions in the infrastructure sector, including toll roads, ports, power generation projects, utilities (water and electricity), mass urban transport, e-mobility, and airlines. 

María Victoria holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Javeriana.
