Dr. Geoff Morrison leads the Sustainable Transportation Practice at Cadmus where he supports clients on electric vehicle policy and planning. His main clients include electric utilities and national governments—some of whom operate in the Caribbean. He has held research posts at the United States Department of Energy and the International Energy Agency. His doctorate is from the University of California, Davis. Previously, Geoff served as an officer in the U.S. Navy supervising a nuclear power plant aboard an aircraft carrier.
