Dr Graham King is an Automotive Engineer in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at UWI with 16 years of experience in the automotive industry and 12 years in Academia. 

Dr. King’s primary research focus is sustainable transport, particularly the energy and economics of e-mobility, optimisation of transport systems, and the adaptation of Caribbean urban landscapes for micro-mobility. Other research activity is in the areas of Industry 4.0 to boost regional industrial competitiveness and engendering innovation and an effective innovation ecosystem for National Development. Dr. King is currently supervising 18 postgraduate research projects, including 4 MPhil/PhD students. With a passion for University-Industry Collaboration, Dr. King brokers industry-based projects, sits on the Boards of CARIRI and Arrive Alive, is a member of the TTMA Productivity Committee and the T&T Energy Chamber Decarbonisation Taskforce.
