C. Jomo Williams is an experienced and successful utilities industry professional having worked for nearly two decades as an engineer and manager in both the generation and distribution of electricity. Williams is an engineering professional with a Master of Science degree focused on Engineering Management from University of South Florida. 

In his role as general manager at the St. Kitts Electricity Company Limited (SKELEC), he has been pivotal in helping transition the company from a government department to a corporatized entity. Under his leadership the SKELEC broke ground on what is poised to be the largest solar farm in the Caribbean region, signaling the company’s commitment to renewable energy generation and his commitment to change and innovation. In 2019, Williams joined the CARILEC Board of Directors as one of the newest and youngest members of the board.  

Williams is a proponent of change management and is always eager to incorporate new technologies and practices to help enhance the company’s greatest asset, its people.
